Hi, i’m wanting to buy something on ebay but it’s in France and the seller doesn’t have a Paypal account. He accepts cheques and bank transfer. As i refuse to do internet banking how do i do a bank transfer, can i do it through Paypal??? Can i send a cheque in Euros?? If i sent a cheque in £’s would his bank account accept it. I’m a numpty at this please help?

Hello friends, I have an account in ING VYSYA bank. I apply for the internet Banking. They send the pin number but it is not working. Can any one give me a suggestion.
Does New Delhi have internet banking? I have to send a money wire transfer to US. Someone told me I should go to Gurgeon to do that. Why do I have to go all the way there, Im already in New Delhi and its a big city, how can they not have internet banking?
Sometimes I ve seen people who use internet banking carry around a small key-tag like gadget which when pressed will generate a PIN number to access their accounts online.
Whats this system called? And how does it work?
How does the server in the bank know what random PIN number is generated?
